Knesset votes to lift limit on ministers

The Knesset voted 65 to 54 to change the law and lift the limit on how many government ministers and deputies the prime minister can appoint. At the urging of MK Yair Lapid in 2013, the Knesset then voted to limit ministerial posts to no more than 18.
