Three construction sites closed due to safety flaws

Three construction sites in the country's center closed by police due to lack of proper safety equipment including harnesses and helmets.

The police are also questioning a crane operator who did not have the proper license.

The closure by a police comes after more than 20 construction workers were killed on construction sites in Israel since the beginning of this year.
