Labor Party rejects offer to join coalition

Senior Labor Party officials said that they have received an official offer from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to become a coalition partner in exchange for abandoning legislation that would make the PM immune to prosecution. Party members convened to discuss, and ultimately rejected the offer.
