Council for the Child: Education Ministry must investigate events before alleged rape of young student

Israel's National Council for the Child calls on the Education Ministry to investigate events leading up to the alleged rape of a seven-year old girl by her school's janitor.
According to the allegations, the accused man fgroomed the child before the assault.
The council says it is the responsibility of the ministry to vet anyone working inside schools to ensure the safety of all students.
