Gazan families will begin receiving Qatar aid Thursday

Qatari envoy to Gaza, Mohammed al-Emadi announced 60,000 families in need will begin receiving stipends of $100 each Thursday.
A report published by the Lebanese Al Akhbar news paper said Israel was preventing 5,000 families from receiving the aid which will cause a delay in distribution of the aid.
