Netanyahu special request for funding of legal fees from private donors, rejected

The State Comptroller committee has turned down Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's special request to receive funding from tycoon Spencer Partridge for his legal bills in the face of three corruption cases pending against him.

Netanyahu missed a Monday deadline to supply the committee with full financial disclosure documents or have his request denied.
