Mahmoud Katusa, accused of rape of 7-year-old girl, to be released

The Military Advocate General, Sharon Afek, ordered on Tuesday the release of Mahmoud Katusa, a Palestinian accused of the rape of a seven-year old girl from a West Bank settlement.

Afek announced the military prosecution was withdrawing the criminal charges against Qatusa for lack of evidence.

Qatusa to be released after 55 days in custody.
