Local police chief pays condolence call to father of teen shot dead by off-duty cop

The head of the Israel Police Coastal District, Peretz Amar, pays a condolence call to the father of Solomon Tekah, who was shot dead on Sunday by an off-duty police officer.

"My son isn't coming back and you are responsible," Worka Tekah tells Amar. He says the mass protests on Tuesday night "gave (him) strength," but urges protesters to avoid harming people and property.
