WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook users report disruptions

Users of Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram are reporting breakdowns in service.

The disruptions are apparently most felt in Israel, Europe and the East Coast of the U.S.

The breakdowns in service include inability to load stories on Instagram, send messages and even connect to the various platforms.
