Putin and Netanyahu discussed Syria on Monday telephone call

The Kremlin released the existence of the call Monday held with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The Kremlin reported the two leaders discussed their country's cooperation on matters related to Syria.
According to the statement Netanyahu also expressed his condolences to the Russian president after the death of 14 members of the Russian navy in what has been described as a submarine accident in the Barents Sea.
