Suspected hate crime in village of Palestinian released after rape charges

A suspected hate crime was reported in the village of Deir Qaddis in the West Bank Wednesday.
Residents woke to find property vandalized and Hebrew graffiti of threats directed at Mahmoud Katusa, suspected of rape of a seven year old child from a near by settlement but released after prosecutors withdrew charges against him.
