Egyptian Intelligence delegation to visit Gaza and Israel

A high-level delegation of the Egyptian military Intelligence is expected to arrive in Gaza late Thursday or early Friday for meetings with Hamas officials. The group is expected to enter via Israel and attempt to bring about a resumption of talks on long-term understandings with Jerusalem.

Before arriving in Gaza, the delegation will meet Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and senior aids in Ramallah where they will discuss Hamas - PA reconciliation.
