Gantz condemns Peretz, stops short of calling for his resignation

Benny Gantz said Sunday although he condemns Education Minister Rafi Peretz’s backing of conversion therapy for gay people, he doesn’t believe he should be fired from his position.
“I know and love him,” Gantz said during a meeting with LGBTQ activist. “He shouldn’t have expressed himself this way.”
