Dutch actor Rutger Hauer dies at 75

Dutch film actor Rutger Hauer, who won a supporting-actor Golden Globe award in 1988 for his role as a Jewish uprising leader in "Escape from Sobibor," has died at the age of 75.
Hauer's agent, Steve Kenis, says the actor died July 19 at his home in the Netherlands.
The actor's other roles included a memorable turn as murderous android Roy Batty in "Blade Runner" opposite Harrison Ford, a terrorist in "Nighthawks" with Sylvester Stallone, Cardinal Roark in "Sin City" and an evil corporate executive in "Batman Begins."
