Smotrich: Foreign workers and their children must be sent back to their home countries

Transportation Minister Bezalel Smotrich on Sunday doubled down on his intention to deport the foreign workers and their children born in Israel to their home countries.

“The foreign workers and their children must be sent back to their home countries," Smotrich said on his Twitter account. “They have somewhere to go back and there is no reason to allow them to stay. Spare your empathy for the residents of southern Tel Aviv."
