Tel Aviv court rejects foreign worker's bid to stay in Israel with Israeli-born kids

Tel Aviv Appeals Court rejects a petition by foreign worker Geraldine Esta, who was seeking to avoid deportation for her and her two Israeli-born children after she overstayed her visa.

The court says that Esta and her 10-year-old and 5-year-old children have 45 days to leave the country. The three were arrested at their Ramat Gan home earlier this month and have been held at Ben-Gurion Airport since.
