Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories Major General Kamil Abu Rukon issued a video message on Tuesday urging the residents of Gaza to fight the Iranian attempt to take over the Strip.
"Iran is trying to take control of the Gaza Strip - you can choose when it will end," he said, referring to growing ties between Hamas and the Islamic Republic.
