A woman in her 40s is shot dead by unidentified assailants in the Bedouin village of Lakia in the Negev.
Magen David Adom paramedics pronounce her dead at the scene, and evacuate her husband to Soroka Hospital in critical condition.
The couple's child, who was in the car them at the time of the shooting, is unhurt.
