Netanyahu praises security forces for foiling major terror attack in Jerusalem

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday praised Israeli security services for thwarting a major terror attack in Jerusalem.

"I commend the Shin Bet, IDF and Israel Police forces for the operational-intelligence effort that led to the thwarting of a terrorist attack that Hamas planned to carry out on our territory," the prime minister said in a statement.

"Our enemies should know that our long arm will reach whoever tries to attack us."
