Hamas Spokesperson Abdel Latif al-Qanoa on Monday criticized Israel's decision to cut the fuel transfer to the Gaza Strip in half in response to the rocket fire on the southern city of Sderot.
He added the decision was part of Israel's collective punishment policy.
