In a report Wednesday in the Lebanese Al Liwaa daily newspaper, quoting diplomatic sources, Israel offered Hezbollah an end to the recent escalation and a return to U.N. security council resolution 1701.
In exchange Israel commits to end strikes against Hezbollah operatives in Syria.
