Police arrest 23 people for allegedly selling drugs and weapons in Arab communities.
Large numbers of guns and banned substances were seized during the two-month undercover operation, as well as 18 luxury vehicles.
The detainees were to appear in Haifa Magistrate's Court for a remand hearing on Wednesday.
