State Comptroller approves Netanyahu's loan request

State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman has approved Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's request to receive a loan from his friend, businessman Spencer Partrich, in order to cover the costs of legal fees in the three cases in which he could be indicted of.
According to Englman, the loan will be given under regular market conditions and is thus acceptable.
