Gantz welcomes defeat of camera bill in Knesset

The head of the Blue and White party Benny Gantz welcomed the Knesset defeat of a bill to introduce cameras into polling stations, slamming Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who advanced the legislation.
"Today, common sense prevailed, and we exposed Netanyahu's exercise in deception, he said.
"Instead dealing with the fire on the south, Netanyahu wanted us to engage in a conspiracy. He will try to scare, seduce, and spread more lies. We will not allow him. This is not Netanyahu's first defeat and it will not be his last."
