Nursery owner accused of abusing toddlers released to house arrest

Nursery owner Carmel Mauda, who is accused of abusing toddlers in her care, is released to house arrest.

The 25-year-old from Rosh Haayin is accused a list of offences against toddlers, including beating them with towels, forcing them up against the wall for hours on end and feeding them their own vomit.
