Second Palestinian arrested over murder of Israeli teen in terror attack

Israeli security forces arrest a second Palestinian suspected of involvement in the August terror attack that killed 17-year-old Rina Shnerb.
The arrest was made as part of Shin Bet efforts to thwart further attacks by terrorists operating in the Ramallah area of the West Bank.
