Russia: Israeli diplomats did not approach us about Naama Issachar

MOSCOW, Russia - Russian President Vladimir Putin has yet to receive an appeal from Israeli diplomats about Naama Issachar said Putin's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov on Monday.
