Russia, Turkey leaders hold talks on fate of Syria border

None

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in the Black Sea resort town of Sochi on Tuesday, hours before a five-day cease-fire in northern Syria between Turkish troops and Syrian Kurdish fighters was set to expire.
