The Ministry of Defense sued the owners of the "Forum" nightclub in Be'er Sheva in compensation for a club goer left paralyzed after an incident in March 2015.
Doron Gonen, then a young female soldier in mandatory service, fell off a balcony after being trampled by another club goer, leaving her paralyzed in a wheelchair.
