Israel to international community: aid Lebanon only after removing Hezbollah missile threat

The Foreign Ministry and Israeli embassies around the world have sent a message to the international community in recent days, saying that due to the demonstrations and instability in Lebanon, any financial aid transferred to Lebanon must be contingent upon weakening Hezbollah and eliminating its precise missile threat.

Israel has made it clear that it is not involved in the unrest in Lebanon.
