2 arrested on suspicion of hate crime in Safed

Police arrested a 28-year-old man and a 17-year-old youth Thursday on suspicion of spraying graffiti and causing damage to vehicles in the predominately Arab Akbara neighborhood in Safed in northern Israel,
The two were taken for questioning and police said further arrests are expected.
