Democratic presidential runner and former vice president Joe Biden says leveraging U.S. aid to Israel over settlements would be “absolutely outrageous.”
In a conversation with a correspondent of the Wall Street Journal, the Democrat was asked if the U.S. should restrict its military aid if Israel continues its policy of settlement expansion.
“The idea that we would draw military assistance from Israel, on the condition that they change a specific policy, I find to be absolutely outrageous,” Biden told Sabrina Siddiqui.
