Thailand to extradite known Israeli criminal on assault charges

Police on Sunday completed the extradition process of a known 58-year-old Israeli criminal residing in Thailand, suspected of assaulting a 15-year-old during a party last May.
According to police officials, the suspect and several other individuals, arrived armed to a party in the central Israeli town of Kfar Yedidia, where his son was involved in a violent incident earlier that night.
The group went on to attack three young party goers, resulting in one of them needing medical attention for severe bruising. Following the incident, the suspect escaped to Romania and eventually was arrested in Thai capital of Bangkok.
