Lawyer for Russian hacker: No link to Israeli jailed in Russia

The lawyer for Alexei Burkov, whose extradition to the U.S. was suspended pending a Supreme Court hearing, says his client's case has nothing to do with that of Naama Issachar, who is imprisoned in Russia on what her family says is trumped up drug charges.

"We contend Burkov should be deported to Russia," lawyer Michael Ironi says, adding that Moscow had been seeking his extradition for years before Issachar was arrested in April in Moscow.
