The Israeli Rafael Advanced Defense Systems company reported Monday a NIS 200 million order from the U.S. Army for the "LITENING" electro-optic precision targeting pod system to be used on American fighter jets.
The system allows navigation and attack maneuvers for fighter jets during night and day, in any weather condition and is installed on the plane's wing.
The order includes a purchase of this system by an as yet unknown Asian country.
