Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development quits government

Uri Ariel, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, on Sunday announced his resignation from the government.
In a resignation letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Ariel said: "I hope and pray that the new minister, along with me, will keep working for the betterment of farmers and agriculture in Israel".
