Netanyahu: Islamic Jihad commander was ticking bomb

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the Islamic Jihad commander killed in an overnight strike in Gaza was a "ticking bomb."

In an address to the people of Israel flanked by IDF Chief Aviv Kochavi, the prime minister says the operation was approved 10 days ago and was jointly carried out with maximum success by the IDF and the Shin Bet security service.
