Death toll in Gaza Strip rises to 24

A Palestinian was killed in the northern Gazan city of Jabalia following an IDF airstrike on Wednesday, which brings the casualty count since the beginning of the latest round of violence between Israel and Islamic Jihad to 24.
IDF Spokesperson's Unit stated the Palestinian was a militant activist for Islamic Jihad, who was assassinated while preparing to launch rockets into Israel.
