The Southern District Attorney's Office filed a case at Be’er Sheva District Court on Sunday against a Hamas operative, Mohammed Hasi, and an Islamic Jihad activist Wissam Debari, for committing a series of security offenses.
The two, aged 21 and 20, are accused by the persecution of participating in violent "March of Return" protests along the Israel-Gaza border, where they burned tires and threw bombs and stones at the Israeli soldiers.
Around three weeks ago the two crossed into Israel on separate occasions and were arrested shortly after.
