Foreign minister welcoms U.S. announcement on West Bank settlements

Foreign Minister Israel Katz welcomed the U.S. announcement that the West Bank settlements are not in violation international law.

The annoucement made by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo Monday came after the United States conducted a legal review and was not intended to send a message on settlements.
