Netherlands halting all aid to PA over payments to terrorists

The Dutch parliament voted Wednesday to halt all aid to the Palestinian Authority due to its payments to terrorists jailed in Israel and their families.
According to the Israeli media, the decision came after talks with the PA on the issue "did not lead to the desired outcome."
