Rice: Hizbuallh must choose between war and peace
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said at the UN Security Council that the decision on a ceasefire allows a Lebanese sovereign government to grow.
She added that Hizbullah must now choose between war and peace, and called on Iran and Syria not to interfere in Lebanon's issues. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
