Shell placed in burning tire near Ramallah; no injuries

An explosion was heard Monday evening northwest of Ramallah. Sappers found that the explosion was as result of a shell and a Molotov cocktail that were placed inside a burning tire.
There are no injuries and no damage was caused. (Efrat Weiss)
