Iran president accuses Israel of smear campaign

Iran accused the U.S. and Israel of a smear campaign against its president-elect. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won a landslide presidential election victory last week but has been implicated in the 1979 American hostage crisis and the 1989 slaying of a Kurdish leader and two associates in Vienna.
