Channel 10

As opposed to Channel 2, Channel 10 has only one franchisee: Israel 10.

Yosef Maiman, an Israeli business tycoon, holds a 40 percent stake in Channel 10 after investing $50 million of his own money into the venture. Maiman's partners are U.S. businessman and philanthropist Ronald Lauder and Shlomo Ben Zvi.

Although Maiman owns 40% of Channel 10's shares, some have been assigned to Bank Leumi and Maiman doesn't call the shots alone. Decisions are made by a committee and he is only a member.
