"I know negotiations are at an advanced stage," one source in the know told Ynet. "I haven't heard that anything's been sewn up – but I'd say it's 80 percent that she's coming."
For those requiring a bit more, several internet sites, including World4Madonna, are reporting that Madonna will indeed perform in Israel in September, and Euroteam ticket sales is selling tickets for the concert.
According to reports, the Israel appearance is intended to be the last stop on Madonna's European tour, scheduled to begin in Moscow next month. She will fly to Israel directly from Turkey.
Madonna decided not to play outdoor stadiums on her current tour, choosing instead smaller arenas, "in order to create an aura of intimacy with the audience," according to her manager.
Madonna has appeared once before in Israel, and visited Israel last year to lecture on Kabbalah, or Jewish mysticism. Last year she also released a new album, called "Confessions on the Dance Floor".
