Safed ceremony: 32 years to school massacre in Maalot

A memorial was held today to commemorate the 32nd anniversary of the massacre in Beit Meir school in Maalot, where 27 people were murdered, 22 of them school children as a result of a terror attack.
During the ceremony Yishai Maimon, Safed mayor who was one of the school children held hostages, said that 22 kindergartens in the city of Safed will be named after children who were murdered in the terror attack. A memorial for each child will also be built in every kindergarten. (Hagai Einav)
