The Isracard Group, owned by Bank Hapoalim, has won the rights to represent American Express in Israel.
Bank Hapolaim and Isracard are holding talks with American Express to discuss details of issuing the prestigious card.
All credit card companies have a prestigious trademark card aimed at the world's rich, colored black.
Visa has the Infinite card, while MasterCard has its World Signia card.
None of these cards are issued in Israel. In order to be eligible, the client must prove significant financial wealth. The cards provide unique services in businesses around the world. Only a few thousands can hold the card in Israel.
