Sounds bizarre? Well, you better believe it. Group of New-York Jews is aiming to put erotica, Judaism into same sentence
New York-based Kinky Jews is putting alternative lifestyle minded Jews on the map.
Through a series of events and programs, in New York and across the United States, the group is putting erotica and Judaism into the same sentence and building up a following, not just from those who want to get involved but from established Jewish groups who want to be associated with them.
Next month sees what is called An Evening of Jewish Lit-Erotica on August 9 in association with the 14th Street Y and newspaper The Forward taking place at the KGB Bar in New York where admission is totally free.
A number of Jews who are involved in the erotica field will be reading out their material and sharing their thoughts and views as well as being an evening to exchange ideas on the Jewish alternative scene.
