Tommy Hilfiger: Israel selling fakes
International fashion company files suit claiming that items are being sold falsely in Israel under its brand name
The international fashion company Tommy Hilfiger claimed that phony Tommy Hilfiger items are being sold in Israel.
The company filed a lawsuit to the Tel Aviv District Court last week via Attorney Eran Gottfried.
The company claimed that multiple Israeli manufacturer’s were falsely selling clothing under the Tommy Hilfiger brand name.
The fashion giant noted that its marketing expenses around the world sum in the hundreds of millions of dollars per year, and its international sales revenue totals billions of dollars per year.
The statement of defense has not yet been issued.
